Nainital

Nainital tourism is mainly governed by 07 lakes existing inside & around Nainital hill station. The Naini Lake is considered as most significant of all lakes, housing Mall road of Nainital,Naina Devi temple,thandi sarak, flats,bhotia bazar and thandi sadak in its circumference.Naini lake splits Nainital into two parts named Mallital-northern lakeside and Tallital-southern lakeside. The northern lakeside Mallital is considered as the shopping hub and Tallital lakeside houses bus station, post office. 

Bhimtal

Bhimtal is situated at a distance of 20 Km from Nainital. This magnificent town is a Nagar Panchayat of Nainital district. Most of the administration offices of the district are here so it is also called mini headquarter of the Nainital district. Nainital town is about 22 Kms and Bhowali is about 11 Kms from the town. Bhimtal is a delightful lovely town in the most excellent hill station and vacationer spot of Uttarakhand – Nainital. 

Naukuchiatal

Naukuchiatal literally suggests a nine-cornered Lake. Naukuchiatal is perched at an elevation of 1,220mts above sea level in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand state. The length of the lake is approximately 1km and it has depth of around 40mts. It is the deepest lake in the greater Naintal area. Touring in Naukuchiatal is about going to Bhimtal and Lake Naukuchiatal that are nature lover’s deliht.

Sattal

A gathering of seven freshwater lakes, a reserve of nature’s abundance, and heaps of transient flying creatures and all-encompassing vistas make this awesome place called Sattal Tourism. A heaven for nature buffs and bird watchers, Sattal has a puzzle to it that makes it all the more charming and picture taker’s paradise. Located in the charming Himalayan Ranges of the Kumaon area, Sattal (Seven Lakes) is an interlinked gathering of seven entrancing freshwater lakes arranged in the Nainital region of Uttarakhand. 

Kainchi Dham

Kainchi is a beautiful secluded mountain ashram located in the Kumoan Hills in Uttarakand. The first temple was inaugurated in June 1964. It is approximately 38 km from Naini Tal. Many hundreds of people visit the temples here every day, in season. Each year, during the famous June 15th bhandara, reportedly, more than one lakh (100,000) people are fed. Beautiful Gardens.Kainchi s a placed at an altitude of (1400 MT) On the Nainital – Almora Road, at a distance of 9 Km from Jeolikot and 17 Kms from Nainital.

Ghorakhal Golu Devta

Ghorakhal Golu Devta or Golu Baba in Uttarakhand, the incarnation of Lord Shiva is strongly worshipped in this entire district of Nainital by locals. Ghorakhal Golu Devta is also called the god of justice. The temple is beautifully situated on the top of Ghorakhal hill overlooking the Bhimtal lake. The Ghorakhal Golu Devta Temple had idols of many other gods goddesses and is decorated with thousands or millions of bells.

Mukteshwar

Mukteshwar is a town and tourist destination in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, India. It sits high in the Kumaon Hills at an altitude of 2286 meters (7500 feet), 51 km from Nainital, 72 km from Haldwani, and 343 km from Delhi. It is the celebrated scenic spot overlooking long ranges of Himalaya.An old temple of Lord Shiva exist on the top of a rock. Mukteshwar affords distinctly visible 180 degree views of the majestic Himalayan range. It is believed that Lord Shiva killed a demon at this spot and he granted him salvation or mukti.

Naini lake is always attracted by adventure sports lover who wanna experience boating in Naini lake. But it should be noted down that at night boating is prohibited but tourists can enjoy a pleasing night walk alongside the Naini lake to experience the magical reflections of stars on Naini lake.
